Today I am going to discipline myself to finish first what I am supposed to be doing before trying to start new projects which again can make me struggle to make deadlines meet and greet. I am glad that the Lord has been giving me strength to start new habits that can make me stronger in the next thirty days. All my life I struggled to say no to anything that might be harmful. When I am sad, I can't stop myself from eating junk. I am happy I can now sleep on time and take a dump regularly.I think I am in a healthy environment and I should be thanking some people for it.
